>> PayPal (PayPal accepts MC, Visa, Discover, American Express and e-checks); PayPal now accepts payments from members and non-members (instant payment)

>> Money Order (only US Postal Service and Canadapost money orders accepted; orders shipped once money orders are received and authenticated.  Please ensure that US Money Orders are cashable in Canada)

>> COD (destinations in Canada only; surcharges apply)

Q1 What is PayPal? Do I have to become a member?

A1 PayPal is a secure third party credit card processing gateway available to consumers worldwide. PayPal now processes credit card transactions instantly without becoming a member (visit www.paypal.com for more information).

When selecting PayPal as your payment method upon checkout, order information is automatically transferred to the VFX Accessories Inc. account within PayPal.  Customers can then proceed to make payment as per PayPal instructions. 

Q2 How can i pay with American Express or Discover?  These cards do not appear in the list of payment methods when checking out?

A2 PayPal accepts American Express and Discover.  Select PayPal as the form of payment upon checkout where you can complete the order with the card of your choice.

PayPal also accepts other card types depending on your location including some debit cards.

Q3 My VISA or MASTERCARD payment does not go through (declined), but i know i have the funds in my account.  What's wrong?

A3 This situation is rare, but some European banks impose automatic credit card restrictions for online purchases made with North American gateways; you may call your issuing bank to remove the restrictions or select PayPal as your payment method (PayPal now processes instant payments without membership).
