Shipping

When purchasing with VFX Accessories Inc., we take great measures to ensure that your package arrives on time and in top condition.  Each shipment is packaged using only quality materials and packaging techniques.  For added peace of mind, all shipping costs include insurance for the US, Canada and International destinations.

VFX Accessories Inc. uses the shipping services of UPS, Canadapost and the US Postal Service (USPS) for maximum shipping flexibility to the US, Canada and over 50 international destinations.

If your country is not listed in our checkout simply contact us and a shipping quotation will be provided.

Shipment Processing, Confirmation & Tracking Info

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement.  Once the package has left our building, customers will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.  Should there be a delay in shipping, customers will be notified via email.

Shipping Costs & Service Levels

Customers are presented with the available service levels and corresponding shipping costs upon checkout from the shopping cart.  To investigate shipping costs, VFX suggest adding item(s) to your shopping cart and proceeding with the checkout process.  Customers will be presented with shipping costs and services prior to entering payment information.

Real-time Shipping Calculator

For customers purchasing multiple items, VFX has implemented an online real-time shipping calculator which will automatically determine the minimum package size for your items.  In most cases, purchasing multiple quantities does not increase the shipping costs.  To investigate shipping costs, VFX suggest adding items to your cart and proceeding with the checkout process.  Customers may back track before finalizing the order.

APO/FPO Addresses & PO Boxes

VFX can ship to domestic/overseas US Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Box addresses within the US and Canada.  For these addresses, customers must select the shipping method (indicated in parentheses) upon checkout.  If an alternate shipping method is selected, the listed default will be applied.

• US Military APO/FPO addresses (select CPC/USPS shipping method; UPS does not deliver to APO)

• Shipments to PO Boxes in the United States (select CPC/USPS shipping method; UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes)

• Shipments to PO Boxes in the Canada (select CPC shipping method; UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes)

• Proper addresses must be submitted for international destinations (PO Boxes not permitted)

All shipping costs include insurance for the US, Canada and International destinations.
