Merchandise Return

VFX Accessories Inc. processes merchandise returns based on the following conditions:

• Product must be in original packaging (unopened)

• Merchandise purchased through resellers not eligible

• Return shipping paid by customer; merchandise damaged during return shipping is deemed ineligible

• 25% restocking fee applies for returned merchandise (covers cost of inspection, testing, repackaging, cc fees, etc.)

• Customer must apply for RMA (return merchandise authorization) number within 7 days of receiving package

• Packages returned without RMA number will not be processed

• Clearance items and/or Clearance Sale items are final sale, no returns.

• Customers must cancel their order before package leaves our building

• 10% cancellation fee applies for orders paid by credit card or PayPal
