The Flash Equalizer PRO is one of the most advanced load equalizers available on the market for curing FAST FLASH, HYPER-FLASH, SOLID FLASH when the stock signals have been altered. The clever electronics and packaging safely couples the load to a heat sink while thermal runaway protection prevents the module from reaching temperatures that may melt surrounding plastics/fairings.
Users may also select from 25 or 50 Watt load equalization depending on if both front and rear signals have been modified. In addition, a single module will handle equalization for ALL SIGNALS (FRONT, REAR, LEFT and RIGHT) - no need for multiple equalizers!! Applications: What is FAST FLASH, HYPER-FLASH?
The OEM flasher relays on most production motorcycles require a minimum amount of power draw in order to maintain the DOT Flash Rate. If the stock signals are modified for lower power signals (i.e. LEDs) the power threshold is compromised and the rider experiences the annoying symptom of FAST FLASH. The OEM flasher relay electronics are designed this way to provide warning when a bulb has burned out and needs replacement. |
