• Circuit boards meet and surpass commercial IPC specifications

• Mechanical parts manufactured/finished to ISO or equivalent standards

• Electronics machine assembled via pick & place robotics, reflow ovens and wave soldering

• Electronic products burned in and tested prior to packaging

• ESD (electro static discharge) safe environment for electronics assembly, test & packaging

• All Dr X Kits PNP are tagged with a serial number for taillight assembly history (process traceability)
