Warranty

VFX Accessories Inc. offers full warranty on all of our products against defect or malfunction.  If you suspect a product failure please contact us through our toll free line 1.877.VFX.KITS (directly 819.682.7515 if outside US and Canada) or via email support@vfxkits.com

Our support/technical staff is on standby to help determine and rectify the failure mechanism. If the failure cannot be resolved by support then an RMA (return authorization number) will be issued along with instructions for return shipping.

The following conditions apply for warranty returns:

• RMA number must accompany all warranty return shipments

• Warranty Return shipments prepaid by customer

• Shipment to customer prepaid by VFX via Standard Service >> US and CANADA only

• Products purchased through resellers must be returned to reseller unless otherwise instructed
