RIP Card
RIP (Remote Instruction Programming) technology allows the user to program the PIVOT KIT R1 Inline Electronics for various LED Animations from the cockpit without the need for additional switches or modules. The ignition key switch along with timed activation enables the user to communicate with the embedded PIVOT KIT R1 processor for selection/programming of the desired animation. The following LED Animations can be selected using RIP (see demonstration for a video): LED ON1 >> LED1 + LED2 + LED3 on all the time LED ON2 >> LED1 on all the time, LED2 & LED 3 off all the time LED ON3 >> LED1 off all the time, LED2 & LED 3 on all the time LED OFF >> LED1 + LED2 + LED3 off all the time LIGHTNING 1 >> LED1 + LED2 + LED3 strobing in random fashion LIGHTNING 2 >> LED1 on all the time, LED2 + LED3 strobing in random fashion GYRO1 >> LED1 + LED2 + LED3 cycling on/off in circular pattern GYRO2 >> LED1 + LED2 + LED2 strobing on/off in circular pattern HAZARD >> LED1 + LED2 + LED3 cycle on/off together in hazard pattern

LED IDENTIFICATION (wire harness not shown for clarity); LED1 illuminates the R1 Emblem; LED2 & LED3 illuminate the plate The PIVOT KIT R1 Inline Electronics are also equipped with a RIP ENTRY OVERRIDE feature. Users can now prevent accidental entry into RIP and/or lock a specific animation into memory. See RIP Card below for full details. ____________________________ |
