Dr X Kit ZX X-treme DIY >> Do-It-Yourself Product Description
The Dr X Kit ZX X-treme DIY installs into the stock taillights of the following Kawasaki models:
2006+ ZX-10R
2004/05 ZX-10R
2005/06 ZX-6R, ZX-6RR
2006 Z750S
The DIY kit requires the installer to perform the plastic surgery on their OEM taillight by separating the lens from the taillight, replacing the internal board assembly and resealing the taillight (dremel tool required). The kit comes complete with industry leading step-by-step color installation instructions, Dremel cutting blades, custom VFX Plastic Adhesive (VPAD-010) for resealing the taillight and miscellaneous hardware (various tie-wraps, rubber bands, heatshrink, etc). The only thing we haven't included in the kit is the little robot to do the surgery for you! Click here for an image of the contents.
The VFX Universal Flasher Relay is also included with each kit to resolve issues with non-DOT flash rates >> encountered when integrating, removing and/or replacing the stock signals. The universal flasher relay easily replaces the stock flasher relay with plug 'n play convenience.
